All participants who receive one online pledge will be eligible for a draw for two tickets to anywhere WestJet files in Canada. 

The following terms and conditions will apply: 

1. In order to be eligible to receive the prize, the participant must submit all pledges raised on or before May 4, 2008. 
2. The draw will be held on May 4, 2008.  
3. The winner will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question.
4. Approximate retail value of the prize is $2,260 (approximately $1,130 per ticket)
5. The tickets will be delivered to the winner’s home address.
6. The tickets are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be provided.  The available prize is set out at bellwalkforkids.ca and on the paper pledge form, however, Kids Help Phone reserves the right to substitute a reward bonus item with an item of equal or greater value.
7. Participants will be responsible for any and all costs and expenses, which they may incur in claiming or use of any reward bonus item.  Participants may be required to sign a release of liability form, releasing Kids Help Phone, its sponsors and its and their directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability in connection with or arising out of the awarding and use of the prize. 
8. Neither Kids Help Phone nor its sponsors will be responsible or liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information on the Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone website(s) (the “Website”) or the paper pledge form; b) any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of sponsor entries; c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses, bugs, whether originating with Kids Help Phone, any participant or any third party; d) any failure to receive any sponsor entry for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet; e) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or stolen prize; or f) damage to a participant’s or other person’s computer system occasioned by use of the Website.
9. All decisions in respect of the awarding of the prize shall be made by Kids Help Phone its sole discretion and shall be binding on the participants.
10. Kids Help Phone reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend this, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct.
11. By registering his or her sponsors online, a participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
