Becoming a Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone Team Captain is a good opportunity to fine-tune your leadership skills and get involved in your community.

• $50 helps four runaways find a warm place to sleep.
• $100 helps one child deal with cyber-bullying.

The Captain’s Role
It’s not a hard job, but it is an important job, and we’re here to help you be a success!

All you have to do is:

• assemble a team of walkers (co-workers, friends, family, fellow students)
• come up with fun fundraising ideas that you can do together
• encourage your team to achieve their goals
• come up with great ideas to reward your team as goals are met

Your team can be as big as you want – all you have to do is make sure all your team members register.

A great way to create a team is to get your department or co-workers together! Why not challenge another department and see who can raise the most pledges? Remember to tell everyone there are great incentive prizes to be won and the Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone Inspiration Award and Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone Courage Award for the team and individual in each site who raises the most money!
